- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 15% discount on repairs with a membership. I waive diagnostics or apply the fee to the repair. I don’t charge overtime fees for nights,weekends or holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain everything that I am doing and why. I enjoy educating clients on the equipment they have and how to take care if it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a HVAC masters license and 28 years of install,maintenance and service experience. Ihave taken multiple factory trainings with most Hvac systems and can work on anything.
