Paid for couch, rug and carpet cleaning service, however cleaner was on his phone 90% of the time, and the job felt very rushed. Couches still have stains, carpet still has stains as well. The one highlight were the area rugs which came out pretty well. Unfortunately this company does not come with their own water which wasn’t the biggest of deals just a tad inconvenient. The floor was also left soaking wet. Did not come with a fan to allow the carpet/couches to dry faster. I ended up using my carpet cleaning vacuum to get up the excess water and was disgusted to see that my carpet was pretty much still dirty. My couch was left in a pretty dingy state as well. Waiting for it to completely dry before I make a complaint 100% but so far does not look that great. Personally would not recommend for $400.
