- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitively priced and we are constantly evaluating our prices in the current market. Additionally, due to COVID-19, we have been offering staggering discounts off of our services, including 50% off our rate for the month of June. Additionally, we always will extend a complimentary 30 minute consultation for all new clients. Stay tuned, more discounts will follow as we want our clients to have one less thing to stress about!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always taking inquiries and offer a free 30 minute consultation. Once we establish an interest in proceeding, we can set up a schedule for our follow up meetings/sessions. We are professionals who also know how to make our connections feel safe and personal. We care about your needs and work diligently to keep your information private and secured.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff is credentialed, by industry standards and more, to provide the services that we provide. We allow and encourage professional growth for all of our staff yet, we have a high standard for performance. We are a growing agency and look for staff that can advance with us.
