I ordered an arch for our party entrance, a 2024 balloon decoration which were both great, however, I also ordered 2 centerpieces to put at the food table (I sent her a picture of the centerpieces I wanted & it had balloons that with helium inside). However, the centerpieces she left did not have helium in them and each balloon in the decoration was covered in oil so it was nasty to touch it to move them, which I had to do because they were not placed on the food table. When I asked why they were covered in an oily substance she replied that it's to make the balloons look shiny. But last time I checked, balloons are shiny when they are blown up if they're good balloons. These are my only complaints. First pic is the centerpiece I requested (5 mylar balloons with helium), 2nd pic is what we got, 3rd pic is arch, and 4th is 2024 decoration.

Olivia and her team are absolutely amazing! The brought my vision to life and also made recommendations based off of what I wanted. Olivia is really sweet and attentive, she makes you feel comfortable and she is super helpful. I’d hire her over and over again for any party or gathering. I thought I had my wedding decorations and flowers all figured out but she definitely helped me organize a bit more and eased any anxiety I had when it came to decorations. I’m so thankful for her and her team! She is truly a visionary.
