Mohammad is an exceptional appliance repair professional! First, the Bosch licensed repair person was a no-show 2 times. Then, I found Mohammad based on great reviews on Thumbtack, and they were all well-deserved. Mohammad showed up on time with great communication. He took time to listen to what I was saying and waited for a short load to complete to test water pressure and heat. He inspected and cleaned the spray arms. He ran some additional tests and was able to make some initial determinations. He then asked me to run my dishwasher on a specific setting a few times over the next few days and report back, which I did. He was then able to complete his diagnosis. He also made recommendations on reliable dishwashers. He was competitively priced. I have saved his information for future repairs on other appliances and would highly recommend him for any appliance repair. He was experienced, knew what he was doing, and he didn’t rush the job.

This was a wonderful experience with Mohammed. He responded immediately and set up an appointment for that day. He diagnosed our dishwasher problem and clearly explained our options. And he gave a very honest opinion of whether to repair or replace - that was greatly appreciated. He is friendly and professional. We definitely will call him in the future.
