Ben came out and did a thorough check on my freezer and also my refrigerator. He was not only efficient professional thorough he was honest about the problems with both appliances and gave great advice on what to do with my big problems with both appliances as it wouldn’t be worth fixing either and better to just buy new ones. He was also insightful and gave me his suggestion on where I could go to get good quality used appliances. Ben was very polite and professional and he knows his work. I Highly recommend Appliance Universe and Ben for any problems one has with their appliances and what nots. He’s also very fair in his estimates

This company replied to my work request for dryer repair within 5 minutes on a Friday afternoon and we made an appointment for Saturday morning. The technician that came to my home to evaluate and fix my clothes dryer was prompt, quick to assess that the heating unit was finished and quoted a fair price for replacement unit and installation labor. He quoted 2-5 day turnaround on ordering and receiving the part. I mentioned that my daughter was flying back from Uganda on work trip and had to prepare fresh laundry for another trip to Costa Rico the following day. The technician left but surprised me by returning within a few hours with the new part in hand. He quickly finished the repair and earned every cent. This company will be in my phone contacts and contacted whenever I have an issue with any household appliances. Goodbye to the in store appliance warranty that are expensive and sometimes it took weeks to get an appointment and parts ordered. Thank you again kind Sir. You have another loyal customer!

Once I reached out it took not even 3 mins for a response, he is polite and very kind. He was actually capable of coming on the same day, after getting here to my home he took a look to see what was wrong and I got the answers I needed to know on how to proceed… sadly washer no longer is available for repair parts so that’s that and as for the dryer he was definitely honest enough to say best bet is to buy a new one based on the age and cost of parts and repair to also be paid for. Thank you again for your quick response and coming to my home on the same day, big thank you for your discount 😉😊🤪 much appreciated for that definitely helped me out and for your honesty rather than just being money hungry when knowing the best thing to do is just buy both new.
