Ahmad was the 3 person that came to my house to diagnose the problem with my dryer. He was the only one that explained everything as he went along and even when it seemed as though it seemed like the problem wasn't going to be figured out, he continued to work until he found the problem. He let me know that there are still good people out there with character. I will definitely use him for my other appliances in the future.
