Bestway Plumbing and Michael were very response, professional, and no-nonsense when setting up the appoint and on the day of the appointment. Michael introduced himself upon arrival, was respectful of our house, asked to understand the pipe rattle issue I was experiencing, and gave his professional assessment of what needed to be replaced (PRV). He walked me through the estimate and made sure I was OK to proceed, and he was quick and thorough with the PRV replacement job. He also cleaned up the area before he left and made sure we checked for the symptoms again before confirming everything. Overall a great experience and straightforward to schedule with - will likely reach out to Bestway again in the future!

we are a flat rate company. our estimate are free. if the technician needs to perform services to give the estimate, he will provide up front prices before work is done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm paired with a new customer, we will set up a convenient time to come out and go over your job and give you options and go over pricing for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we take all necessary Plumbing training and do classes throughout the year for all of our technicians and service manager
