Hello there, I'm Kelly Slade with Abbitt Realty in Williamsburg Virginia. Thanks for stopping by to get to know me and Abbitt Realty. Our company was founded here in Virginia in 1946 and has provided clients with seven decades of unparalleled service. I myself came to this area as a child in 1974 and have lived here ever since. I have an intimate knowledge of the area and I have to say I really enjoy living here. I joined Abbitt Realty in 2018 and it has been a wonderful experience. My focus is to bring you service that concentrates on your needs, wants and expectations. Listening to you and understanding your goals is my top priority. I have been described as a problem solver and understand the importance of hard work. Guiding clients through the process of buying and selling a home can be an emotional rollercoaster, and I understand that. Staying focused and vigilant is my job and helps bring you peace of mind.

Kelly was a fantastic realtor for us. We were moving to the area from out of state and couldn't visit in person. Kelly worked very hard to make sure we viewed homes virtually and was easy to get ahold of. We LOVED working with Kelly! A master at his craft, he had all the answers to our questions. You can tell his does his homework. His communication was fantastic, as well. When we were home hunting, Kelly was always quick to schedule a viewing when we saw a good prospect. He explained how home prices were compared to recent sales in the area to assure us of the true value. Because of the hot market at the time, we feel that we were only able to get our home due to Kelly Slade’s persistence. He has a terrific personality and is a “get it done” kind of guy.
