- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I put 1$ on the response Email because I have to put an amount. If a customer wants an estimate, then based on what they ask for I am happy to give that to them
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build a professional relationship with each customer I have. Every customer is different and has different needs. I ask a lot of questions and offer the best service I can to satisfy their needs
