Hired on Thumbtack

Hired them two years ago to tile tell my bathroom but unfortunately they did not cut the tile correctly around the toilet which resulted in a plumbing issue that I’m just now finding out about. I have to now pay plumber and another tile installer to cut extra tiles away so the toilet will fit correctly around and that flange for the toilet. Unfortunately thumbtack only does the 45 day guarantee so now I’m out money.

Good evening ma'am.. you hired a different pro to do the job. I didn't do that job..I only sent you an estimate. If you look at the messages between us. I sent you an estimate on Jan 2, 2021. You hired a different pro on the 7th. That is not my work. So if you can get with thumbtack. To get in contact with the right contractor. I never been to your house. I'm sorry what happened to you. But it was not my company. You can go through my pictures. I'm a top rated contractor.

Myron contracting is great. They came to give and estimate on Friday that was very reasonable and came to work on Monday and knocked out the job. His workers and owner were very respectable and a pleasure to be around. I would hire again for future work on my house. A+++

Prices can change..a full inspection of house will be done before given final quote.Given estimates on this site is a base.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have a brief conversation..followed by a meet and greet.. do a quick walk through. Then follow up with the customer to hear exactly what they want and the time frame they want it completed and come up with a plan that would work best in there favor cost and schedule wise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ex military..construction worker before joining the military. I currently help build submarines for our mighty Navy
