Being a licensed architect in 5 states with 20+ years of experience, I am seasoned in working on all types of projects with all types of people. On top of that, I am a patient and thoughtful listener. I will make every attempt to produce a unique and appropriate design that meets the Client's budget and expectations. From the initial consultation, if the budget appears inadequate for the desired program, I will discuss the alternatives and offer suggestions. I want to enter every project with a realistic and attainable goal. My passion is architecture. Good architecture. The scope of the project does not matter, but the quality is key. I enjoy providing solutions that are not only functional, but by providing spaces, forms and structures of beauty.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour but I provide a very accurate proposal which outlines my fees and services. Typically, I provide complimentary hours of service if there is a slight over run due to unforeseen issues. I attempt to help out my client knowing that there are many grey areas in the field of construction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview a potential client, preferably at the future job site. Follow up with a very detailed and informative proposal. I attempt to educate my clients as best as I can so that they can prepare for their project's budget, time frame and code requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
