I had Russ, a foundation specialist, visit my home for what I thought was a foundation issue resulting in mildewy odor in basement. After inspecting the basement and using a FLIR camera to check for any moisture, he ultimately concluded that we aren’t likely suffering from a foundation issue. He did offer to provide me quote for a French drain system since I requested it in the event I found moisture at a later date after it has rained. He was very thorough and provided much valuable information regarding how foundations are constructed.

The main reason for hiring a pro like Lux foundation and their team was that I had observed a big drywall crack in my basement and was afraid that something could be wrong in the foundation. The Tech Keagan arrived on time and inspected the drywall crack in my basement. He was very professional and thorough in his work. LUX Foundation Solutions conducts on site estimates with one of our Foundation Specialist. We complete full evaluation of the problems, concerns or scope of work looking to be preformed at a home or business. Than projects are built with the home or business owner to ensure we accomplish their goals. Many projects can receive same day quotes depending on complexity of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of LUX Foundation Solutions have a combine experience in the Foundation, Structure, waterproofing and Home improvement industry of over 25 year! All of our lead foreman have an average of 10 years individual experience for their respective service. All Employees are background checked and selected based on their honesty, character, experience (minimum 10 years) and attention to details.
