- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We display our hourly rates on this platform. There are service fees that are added based on any service. Our quotes for piano, safe, and pool table moving are based on each unique situation. Regarding pianos and safes - if there are stairs involved or if the weight of the items is on the heavier side - the cost will increase. Distance plays a factor in all pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get information to provide the requested services. We ensure that we can accommodate the customer's schedule and ours. We place a two hour window between jobs to ensure that we can arrive on time every time. We send out an invoice detailing the information discussed during our preliminary conversation. The service fee is collected as the deposit. Once the deposit is satisfied, the customer is placed on our calendar. We follow up periodically to ensure that our booked time and date is still appropriate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing pool table, piano, and safe moving services since 2015. Through this period of time, we have become more effective and efficient. We strive to provide the best result possible for our customers.
