Very cost effective , responsive and does a high-quality job. Listened very well to what was needed in my small lawn and was able to propose solution and then install heads , hoses, valves as needed .

Highly recommend to anyone needing irrigation service. Recently bought a house and hired Quality Outdoor Service to winterize/check out the existing irrigation system. I was thoroughly impressed by the communication, honesty, quality of work and price. They were able to work around my schedule and explained everything to me/answered every question I had. Will definitely be using them for all my irrigation needs in the future - 10/10.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s reasonable and fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get there and introduce myself. I then ask about the issue and if there are any other issues they would like me to look at. I walk around to see if I can locate the Backflow and valve boxes. Address the issues and make any needed recommendations. Once done I walk the costumer to the repairs made. I make sure they are satisfied before leaving. Then I go to the controller to check the settings. Explain how they use it if they would like and set it up
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this stuff for about 10-12yrs. Been Backflow certified. CIT training as well
