- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s reasonable and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get there and introduce myself. I then ask about the issue and if there are any other issues they would like me to look at. I walk around to see if I can locate the Backflow and valve boxes. Address the issues and make any needed recommendations. Once done I walk the costumer to the repairs made. I make sure they are satisfied before leaving. Then I go to the controller to check the settings. Explain how they use it if they would like and set it up

Been doing this stuff for about 10-12yrs. Been Backflow certified. CIT training as well
