I messaged through Thumbtack twice: the first time Drew came right back and said asked what would be a good time to call; I gave her times. A week later she hadn't called. I messaged her again and she sent me a text saying she would call me the next day but she never did. It's been over a week now and no reply. Draw you own conclusions
