FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, every job is unique but I was raised by hard working, blue collar parents so I almost never hear that my pricing is high.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet the customer face to face so they get a sense of who we are and always let them know that no deposits or upfront money is required. We figure the pricing of that particular project with no hidden fees or contingencies that pop up later and we just try to really let the customer know that there's nothing hidden about what we do, we are an open book.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than staying in the loop with product and installation I'm not big on classes. We do our homework if we do get involved with a new product. But we also encourage our customers not to be guinea pigs when it comes to new products. We've seen so many products come out over the years and within a couple years be discontinued for mold, structural integrity, finish, etc.
