Hey y’all, my name is Derek Ragan. Born and raised in the 757. I have 5 years under my belt in the residential/ commercial construction world. My strong suits are roofing/waterproofing, siding, gutters, fencing, flooring, decking, power washing, painting, and regular handyman work. I lean more towards repairs, but am able to do full installs as well . I deliver a well reputed/trusted product at a fair and honest price. I do not take hourly jobs, i will charge what the material is worth, and my labor is firm at what i set it (depends on the scope of work) I understand value and am looking forward to working with you soon!

Derek responded quickly to the concerns we have with our leaking roof. He did a great job in evaluating, temporary patching and planning the permanent repair. Definitely quality of work for what you pay for. He is very thorough and even offered to fix the one spot none of our previous roofer cared to fix. He definitely take pride of the work he does.
