- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have designed our hybrid pricing to encompass both a flat fee along with a percentage of monthly rent. We do not charge any monies up front and do not get paid until we find you a qualified tenant. This is our commitment to you that we will work diligently to find the proper tenant for your unit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a couple of conversations where we answer all of your questions, we send out an agreement for your review. We then answer any more questions that may come up and when you are ready, we send you an electronic agreement to e-sign. Once the agreement is signed, we gather your property information and begin to market your property right away. We answer all inquiries, review applications and set up tours based on qualified tenants and their applications. Once you have reviewed and approved a tenant, we move forward with onboarding the new tenant and getting them moved in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team comprised of an investor, a broker and a real estate agent with many years of experience between us. We are members of NARPM and involve ourselves with continuing education courses for property management as well as those for our broker and real estate licenses.
