I have competitive pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is a consult. Once I gather all the information about your needs then I customize a presentation and sample management agreement for you. Then I will review the market stats to come up with a pricing strategy that fits your needs. Once you had a chance to digest the information then I will prepare the agreements and then the marketing will commence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have on the job training for over 19 years, yearly education, members of trade organization for further training.
