We are grateful to the quick and effective responses from Keyrenter, particularly our property manager, Sam. In addition to regular maintenance and property needs, Sam was excellent when a tree fell on our home during a thunderstorm. Although several properties were damaged, she gave us the genuine care and effective communication that any tenant would seek in a time of distress. For that and much more, we are ever grateful!

I had card issues that cause me you have a late charge, which was out of my control , it was very stressful due to I pay my bills on time , I explained the situation to Ronalyn Cortez, Accounting Specialist. She was very understanding, provided great customer service and created an option to help me in the situation. She provided a solution that save me money & stress. She was awesome !& so is KeyRenters for making that possible .Thank you !!!
