I own rental properties in many different states and if I could have Janet manage all of them I would. She's hands down the best property manager I have ever worked with. She's great for the landlord but what I really appreciate is that my tenants like her too. She's very good at facilitating repairs and making sure not to cost the landlord a lot of money but also making sure the tenants know their responsibility to maintain the home. Everyone is happy so that's a win win. Do not hesitate to hire her to manage your property.

Janet is absolutely amazing. As a property manager while our home got completely destroyed she came in and relieved so much stress. Her expertise, constant communication and flexibility are exceptional!
