- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is negotiable..each investigation depending on the severity of the case can range between $65 an hour up to $125 an hour with a minimum of five hours. Different aspects of the case and different job functions will cost different amounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start by an introduction, my new customer will provide me details of the case we decide on a retainer amount that is fair between both parties and the terms and conditions of the retainer agreement. We make sure that all critical details that are needed are provided by the customer so that our firm can effectively execute the investigation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from Old Dominion University, in counseling and human services concentration and minor in child psychology with field study of early childhood development abnormal personality disorders and criminal behavior. A Masters degree in counseling human services with the concentration of criminal justice and ministry at Regent University. I’m also licensed through the Virginia Department of criminal Justice services for private security, executive protection and private investigations as well as the state of Texas and Florida.
