I ask for details about the project—what needs to be assembled, mounted, or repaired, and any specific requirements or concerns. 2. Consultation/Estimate: • Based on the project details, I provide an estimate either through messaging or during a brief call. For more complex jobs, I might ask for photos or schedule an in-person consultation to better understand the scope of the work. 3. Scheduling: • Once we agree on the service and pricing, we schedule a convenient time for the project. I offer flexible scheduling options, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the customer’s availability. 4. Arrival & Assessment: • On the day of the job, I arrive promptly with all the necessary tools and materials. Before starting, I do a quick assessment of the space and ensure everything is ready for the job, discussing any final details or adjustments with the customer. 5. Service Completion: • I perform the service efficiently and with attention to detail, whether it’s assembling furniture, mounting a TV, or repairing a device.
