I’ve been enjoying my session with Brian, I can see the difference in my overall mood and how I feel. I originally went in wanting to gain muscle and look healthy and now I’m focusing on what I eat, foods that actually have protein, staying consistent in my diet and gym, learning the equipment, working on my form. It’s great to hire a trainer if you’re new to the gym and want to have great motivation.

Brian is a awesome! He's extremely knowledgeable with workout techniques and proper nutrition plans. He has a versatile plan for anyone in any situation. I've had a great experience having him as a trainer and would recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, and experienced personal trainer.

Ive been working out with I-Bit for almost a month now and I love it! Im already seeing results, that I havent seen with personal trainers in the past. I work out with Inde, and she is always upbeat and she will definitely make you feel comfortable. Great motivators! Ive never had a trainer actually come to the grocery store and help you shop for the food that will help you on your journey. As long as I need a personal trainer, I will continue to work with them! I havent worked out with Brian personally due to my personal preferences, but Ive seen him and meet him in person and he definitely knows what he is doing! So if youre looking for some trainers! Definitely check them out!

I was only able to work with Brian for a few weeks before having to take a break from training, but boy did I see changes in just that short amount of time! I was so nervous to start working with a PT but Brian made me feel very comfortable about the decision I made and proved very quickly that he can work with any body type. I can't wait to be able to continue training, knowing I'm in great hands!
