What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $400 for the first 3 hours then $115 each additional hour that includes a truck protective padding assemble/disassemble furniture all in your rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet new customers and make sure that they are satisfied and comfortable before and after the move
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working for a moving company my entire life so I definitely know the ropes very well from moving to loading a truck to perfection
