- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you send a request for a quote, depending on the type of move we will often come visit to get meet you, survey the situation and give you a quote. There is a difference between a quote and a estimate. Small moves, such as 1 or two bedroom apartments we will give you an hourly quote over the phone.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The originial owner started this business after retiring from the Navy and was looking to do small local moves. The idea was to have a couple of trucks and a couple of crew members. Today we have 8 trucks and 18 crew member. We now do small, medium and large moves, in a 7 cities along with interstate moves.
