I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Devante to repair my carpet that was left unfinished by another contractor. He was very responsive and provided me with a detailed estimate. He worked with my schedule to get me an appointment with two days. He informed me that he has a carpet specialist who will be coming out to do the repair. When the contractor arrived, he was very prompt and professional. Customer service was TOP NOTCH. After the service was completed, he called to ask for my feedback to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job. He also asked if I had any recommendations or suggestions of what he could have done better....This blew my mind because I dealt with many companies, even big Name industries, that never asked for that type of feedback. I'm fully satisfied with the level of service I've received , and I WILL definitely do business with the company again. While conducting the assessment and evaluation of the spots in my garage they were able to give a direct and concise recommendation regarding whether or not mitigation was required. They provided a receipt for services and will be providing documentation of the assessment. Devante provided amazing service when it came to pointing out the problem with the microbial under the house as well as the leak he advised me to get looked at, before proceeding with treating the growth. Once the leak was addressed, I contacted Devante about setting up a day to get the microbial growth removed. He was there the next day. And he provided lots of pics for me to see what was done under the house. I am beyond pleased with his service, and the fact that he made it a point to shake my hand before he left.
