The tech was great! He fixed my problem and changed two door locks. My issue is with their system for telling you the price. The tech showed up and began working prior to me knowing how much it would cost. I had to ask him several times to stop taking the door handles off until I received a quote. He finally orally gave me a quote and finished working. After paying, I found out they charged me a $50 disposal fee to throw out two door handles. That is ridiculous. If I had received a quote in writing with a breakdown of their prices I would have thrown them out myself.

Sorry you misunderstood the label on the service. We actually didn't charge you to dispose your lock we actually only charged you to install the lock but its labeled lock removal/install meaning we removed the previous lock and installed the new one.

I appreciate the response time and willingness to come out immediately to change the lock. The lock was problematic but William was tenacious about getting it off and it worked out in the end. I believe someone else would have put the old lock back together and given up. It took a long time but I don’t think I was charged more than quoted for the extra time.
