FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first communication is to discuss the clients goals and expectations and also the costs associated with the project. If our company is a good match for the client, we can arrange a night-time demonstration where we can approximate the look of a completed project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a few important pieces of advice I would offer. First, look at examples of the work your contractor has done in the past. Did they simply throw light at the subject or is the subject enhanced by the light? Second, are the fixtures they use sturdy? What is the warranty on the fixtures? Ours are made from brass and copper and are considerably heavier than nearly all other fixtures, they also carry a lifetime warranty. Finally, take your time. If a contractor is rushing you or not answering your questions to your satisfaction, there may be a reason why.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Clearly define your goals so that when you are ready to talk with contractors, you have a defined project. If you have friends or neighbors that have had lighting installed, discuss their experiences.
