First off, I would pick all 5 attributes if I could. Val did a great job cleaning up a yard that had been neglected for over a year. He answered my Thumbtack request promptly, scheduled around the snow storm, and got the work done quickly at a great price. He was easy to reach via text- very responsive, and very polite. Val was courteous and did a great job. I had him come out to shape the shrubs and do the mowing. The shrubs had some bees surrounding them so he offered to come back so he could address the bees, especially since I had kids and then he would shape them then. Would certainly recommend him and I will be using him again.
