We typically price out interior paint jobs per square footage. Exterior is based on a different methodology, which requires a more complex calculation. Our main goal is to provide affordable rates with the utmost quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The onboarding process for new painting customers starts with an initial consultation to discuss project details, preferences, and measurements. Next, the project scope is defined, covering areas to be painted, prep work, finishes, and timelines. A contract is then signed, outlining costs, and payment terms.. Color selection follows, with guidance on swatches and tools to confirm choices. Scheduling ensures a clear start date and timeline, while preparation involves getting spaces ready for painting. Finally, the process wraps up with quality checks, a final walkthrough, touch-ups, and care instructions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
