- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
MOVE IN/OUT and FLIPS... $67 per 500sq. ft. ** They can take twice as long as a normal deep clean and require more products. ALL GARBAGE AND REFRIGERATOR NEEDS TO BE EMPTIED OUT. IF YOU DECIDE YOU DONT WANT TO REMOVE RESONABLE AMOUNT OF TRASH , THAT ADDS TO YOUR FINAL PAYMENT PRICE. But if it takes less time than I allotted , I ONLY CHARGE FOR THE TIME I'M ACTUALLY THERE. My estimate is based on worse case. Very rare for a home to go over my quote. For STANDARD cleaning, I charge $52 per 500sq. ft. What you will receive: All kitchen appliance's surfaces are wiped down, countertops and sinks are sanitized and wiped down. famliy rooms and bedrooms reachable and cleared surfaces are dusted and beds made except top bunks and beds against walls. All accesible flooring is vacuumed and, where applicable, moped. Reachable interior windows are cleaned. Bathrooms are sanitized and cleaned. $57 per 500sq. ft. for a DEEP CLEAN, everything of a standard clean PLUS... EXTRA CARE TO APPLIANCES REACHABLE INTERIORS EXCEPT INSIDE OVEN , UNLESS IT HAS A SELF CLEANING OPTION THAT IS RAN BEFORE I GET THERE, cabinet doors wiped down. SHOWER DOORS GIVEN EXTRA CARE, and Cabinets wiped down. REACHABLE BLINDS, FANS and BASE BOARDS DUSTED, DOORS, LIGHT SWITCHES, WALLS SPOT CHECKED and WIPED DOWN. REACHABLE COB WEBS REMOVED, BANISTERS WIPED DOWN, INSIDE of WINDOWSILLS VACUUMED. Non fragile knick knacks wiped, if you strip your bedding, I will put new ones on, except beds against walls, cribs or bunkbeds. THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $130 for up to 2hrs of cleaning. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss what your needs are. Decide what day will work best. If you will be leaving me a key or code to enter your home or if someone will be home. If you have pets, would you like me to let them outside. Some clients prefer to meet with me in person before my start date, most don't. Either way is fine with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have informed myself with the recent Covid research and its variants. I Lysol all my equipment between clients. All client's homes are cleaned with fresh rags, mop heads, and sponges. my shoes are also cleaned between homes. I wash my hands all the time. I take my temp every day. None of my clients or I have ever gotten sick from one another. In fact, my clients have been healthier since I started providing my services. WITH CLIENTS WORKING FROM HOME, IT IS BEST IF CLIENTS STAY IN ONE AREA WHILE I AM IN ANOTHER.
