Would hire again! Did a great job. Troy was a very friendly guy answered all concerns I had. Threw out whatever I didn’t get a chance to and took whatever I no longer wanted.

Ha. This was a joke. Cleaning was awful, didn’t even SMELL clean. Dirt everywhere, windows were smeared, grime. If you want your house clean, keep looking. Update: since he wants to say he has no idea who I am, here’s his messages. Nice try buddy

I hired Beddingfield Janitorial for a move out clean after a very rough tenant. Troy did a very good job with light cleaning and he is extremely nice but the property needed a deep clean. Normally it takes a crew of 3 four to five hours to do move out cleans for my property. Troy and his son were done in less than two. There was still visible dirt everywhere after he said he was finished Specifically, the refrigerator had fly cocoons throughout, mold and general dirt, oven was dirty, baseboards weren't touched, fans still dusty, etc. He offered to come back but I opted to pay my mom to help me clean the property instead. Pictures are from after services were performed.

We did what we were asked to do over was burnt up baseboards were cleaned but need paint has nothing to do with clean she did not specify deep clean nor pay for deep clean there is a picture of a door that need to be painted not wipe off
