I highly recommend contractor Andrey Karapetyan, of Pro Floors. based on the home renovations he completed for me over the past two years. His work included plumbing, electrical, construction, tile-work, painting and design. His workmanship is of the highest quality, he is reliable, and always finishes on-time and within budget.Andrey completed a total renovation of my primary bathroom. It was amazing and included a beautifully installed tiled walk-in shower, a stand-alone tub, tiled bathroom walls, and new tiled flooring. As part of this project, he also installed vanity faucets, painted adjacent areas installed luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in an adjacent area. Each element was equally beautiful.Additionally, he replaced flooring in another property, installing LVT throughout my two-story townhome. This project also included new bathroom vanities, lighting, mirrors and commodes. Andrey showed up on-time, worked diligently throughout the day and was unwavering in his attention to detail.His skills as a contractor are exceptional. And personally, he is honest, efficient, meticulous, timely and a pleasure to work with. He also provided invaluable insight and recommendations based on his experience, which proved to be very helpful as we made the many decisions throughout the different projects. Working with Andrey Karapetyan was a great experience. Im very pleased with the beautiful renovations and anticipate working with him again.

Pro Floors was hired for one project, the execution was professional, clean and completed earlier than scheduled. He ended up helping out with other projects to straighten up other poorly executed projects.Only sad thing is, we wish wed met his team sooner. We would have saved plenty of time, headaches and money..Audreys work ethic is over and beyond.Renovations are a tough and rocky process, the right professionals always make it easy. That is why we plan on hiring Pro Floors again for another project with peace of mind.Thank you, Audrey and Deniz.

We had the pleasure of working with Zuhre and Andrey on our recent home renovation, and we couldnt be more impressed. Zuhre provided us with detailed information and guidance throughout the processher warm, friendly, and professional manner made us feel at ease from the start. Pro floor did my floor last july. They helped me choose my floor bring it and then installed next day. I am thankful to Andrey and his brother. They finished the job one sunday and done with it. No problem came up with the floor afterward.Happy costumer and I highly recommend them.Looking forward to renew my second floor and stairs with them next spring

They removed the carpet from the first story of the house and stairs, and installed the vinyl flooring. Very professional team they have, they finished the job on time. They didnt make a mess during the work, they worked very organized and clean. Highly recommend it.

We will give all the effort to give you the best price and quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we do require in-home assessment so we know exactly what needs to be done so we can provide the most accurate estimate. After measurement if the customer accept we generate the contract to be signed. After contract is signed the customer do 50% down payment and we schedule most of the time same or following week depends on business and customer's avalibility.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do have class A contractor license to perform any kind of home improvement jobs.
