- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer Senior Citizen, Military, and First Responder Discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we converse on Thumbtack to learn the basic details of the service. Then, we set up an appointment for an estimate where we can access the customer's needs and take measurements. Within 24 hours we have our estimate delivered to the customer. If the customer is happy with our quote an accepts, we can usually have the installation scheduled within a week of the accepted estimate. Then, we continue to the installation appointment, and take payment once the service is complete.
