I recently had MP Tile and Restoration complete some work for me after an ex-tenant left my rental property a mess. MP Tile replaced all the carpets; painted all interior walls, closets, trim, and baseboards; regrouted and caulked the bathroom tile; replaced a bathroom floor and broken door frame; removed an old built-in TV stand; and remounted closet shelving. Since I don't live in the area, everything had to be done over the phone. I thought that would make things difficult, but Benedicto took care of everything. He and his team did a great job. They are very trustworthy, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. They saved me from a bad situation. I recommend them for any project. I would definitely book them again if I need anything done.

Benedicto did an exceptional job of preparing the areas to be worked on. I appreciate that even though I had already covered the areas with my own materials, he went ahead and added more plastic for protection. They prepared the floor area, including the entryway. They were respectful and quiet While working. During lunch, they sat outside and cleaned up the areas where they had been eating. They were careful and cautious while painting, making sure not to create any unnecessary mess. They cleaned up every day before leaving. They were also timely. 8 o’clock to 4 PM and they got 2 1/2 rooms and stairs done in four days. I highly recommend MP Tile Restoration for all interior paint jobs.

Benedicto brought himself and his painting crew and paired my entire interior. They also stripped wallpaper off of the walls of two bathrooms and did a remarkable job. Approximately 1200 square feet of interior needed Paiting including ceilings needed paint. He did a wonderful job. Even caulked areas I didn’t think would be included. I will use them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for a painter. I plan to hire him to restore my tile and install carpeting.
