I had a decent experience and am overall happy with my bathroom remodel. There were some issues with professionalism/communication initially, but the owner is open to feedback, and we were able to have a candid conversation. He came back and made the necessary changes for the final product to look professionally finished. All of the guys were very nice whenever I interacted with them, and they tend to come on time. I know there were external issues (e.g., family issues) that impacted how the project went down, and it seems that, based on the other reviews I've seen, this is not their usual presentation. Based off of my conversation with the owner, and how open he seemed to be, hopefully there will be better communication and more attention to detail in the future so that they can get back to their usual 5-star reviews.

Drew and his team have been a preferred vendor for our company for many months now. They are fantastic. Let me tell you .. working with property management is not easy. They never miss a beat. Communication is very important, they go above and beyond for our tenants and owners. E&A schedule appointments in a timely manor, and take pride in their work. Their prices are on par (if not better) with most companies in the area. We will definitely continue our relationship with E & A for now and hopefully far into the future. We look forward to growing our companies together!

E&A painted two large rooms and replaced fans in the bedrooms. The walls look fantastic and I’m enjoying my fans. Their professionalism was lead by the owner Andrew Cowan. He was informative and explained costs and what would be done. I highly recommend this company! Work Quality 5 STARs!!!!!
