- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our discounts and deals change monthly! Please message us to learn what our current promotions are. We have a $75.00 service call fee that covers minor adjustments and repairs. If our tech visits your home and finds that the service call fee will not cover your garage issue, we will waive the fee and give a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really value our customers and believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you call, message us on Facebook, or request our services here, you will find that we are focused on customer service. When you first reach out we will go over the issue you are having with your garage or garage door opener by asking a few questions. Once we have an idea of what is wrong we will explain pricing and if you would like to move forward we will schedule an appointment based around your preferences and our availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are in our 10th year of business and are proud to have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our tech's have a combined 70 years of experience! We hold a current contractor's license and EPA certification. All of our technicians participate annually in continued education regarding the latest in garage doors and garage door openers.
