Nice job! Re-installed a bad installation of a ceiling heater/light/fan that wasn't even attached to anything. Vance checked it out and made the appropriate repairs, which was done properly. I am going to have Vance do some more work soon. I definitely recommend him for your needs.

Vance came out to install two ceilings fans, one was on a 20 ft~ vaulted ceiling and I didn’t have the appropriate installation equipment for the angel of install. He installed the other easy to reach fan and didn’t want to accept any payment until he could complete the job. I ordered parts and texted him when they came in and he was able to come out the next day and finish the job for the original quoted price.
