The Founder and CEO, Benjamin Gray was quick to respond to my request for service using Thumbtack. He came to my home to conduct a site visit and was able to provide a quick quote before departure, as well as a beginning date. Mr. Gray was prompt, communicated well, and cost-friendly, and the appearance and quality of his work was impeccable. In my occupation, I look at work with probably a more critical eye because I am a Director of Environmental Health & Safety, and perform OSHA-based inspections in government buildings. Mr. Gray not only followed current code compliance but in the process of installation discovered electrical issues that did not meet compliance, and he corrected those issues on the spot.
