I am the person who always reads reviews, but never leaves them (I have data privacy concerns). However, I had such a good experience with Dan's Cleaning that I couldn't pass on leaving a review. I reached out to four other cleaners at the same time for a last minute cleaning of my house and Dan got back to me within 30 minutes. I have been burned in the past where I was quoted one price in advance, only for the price to be raised during the cleaning. I told Dan about this, so he came to my house in person before his cleaning team to assess and confirm the price. This was a huge star for me. From the time I reached out to Dan, until when the amazing cleaning team showed up was 2 hours! When I say impressed, that's an understatement. Dan was raving about how great his teams are and the thorough work they do, but I was hesitant to believe it and had prepared myself to be disappointed. The team of 2 deep-cleaned my 3000 sq ft home in 5 hours and did an AMAZING job!! My air fryer even looked brand new! Since moving to Virginia 8 months ago, we have been disappointed with quality of work performed, but Dan's team did not disappoint. I already have my next two appointments scheduled! The added bonus is that this is also a minority-owned business, which I like to support. Thanks again Dan and team!!

I just met with Dan today and have scheduled a deep cleaning for next month with subsequent monthly cleanings. Therefore, I'm unable to comment on the quality of the job. However, I can comment on my interactions with Dan. Dan is extremely punctual and professional. He answered my messages within minutes of receiving them. I found his pricing to be very reasonable for a house the size of mine. I am very much looking forward to having Dan's team come in and make my house "beautiful" as Dan has said! I'll update my review once the deep cleaning has been done, but I have no doubt it will be amazing!
