When our AC went out I contacted Rescue on Thumbtack and they literally responded within a minute! They worked around my schedule and came out abd diagnosed the problem, explained everything and gave me my options. Although it wasn't the best news that my AC condenser needed to replaced I knew it needed to be done. They just finished up today, everything is working great, and they even installed two new thermostats and serviced my other condenser. Great quality and service and will definitely use again in the future if the need arises!

The heat from my gas furnace stopped blowing last night. Based on Thumbtack reviews, I reached out to Rescue Air at approximately 12:30pm today. I received a reply back within 5minutes, and scheduled an appointment for 2-4pm. Rocky, my technician, arrived about 2:30pm. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond checking my entire system, including the duct work, which is located in my attic. He explained everything to me, and even drew a diagram displaying why this problem occurred -- and has occurred before. He offered suggestions, but didn't push any additional work needed, or parts. Since the problem all along has evidently been the duct work, I asked if he would get back with me on a quote to remedy that situation. He didn't rush to just provide a quick, short-term solution. I appreciated his professionalism and work ethics, and found him to be trustworthy. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future needs. My heat is on! Thank you, Rocky!
