My technician was very thorough in making sure my furnace was working properly. Inspected the condenser unit as well. He provided a few recommendations on how to keep my system working efficiently. The heat from my gas furnace stopped blowing last night. Based on Thumbtack reviews, I reached out to Rescue Air at approximately 12:30pm today. I received a reply back within 5minutes, and scheduled an appointment for 2-4pm. Rocky, my technician, arrived about 2:30pm. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond checking my entire system, including the duct work, which is located in my attic. He explained everything to me, and even drew a diagram displaying why this problem occurred -- and has occurred before. He offered suggestions, but didn't push any additional work needed, or parts. Since the problem all along has evidently been the duct work, I asked if he would get back with me on a quote to remedy that situation. He didn't rush to just provide a quick, short-term solution. I appreciated his professionalism and work ethics, and found him to be trustworthy. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future needs. My heat is on! Thank you, Rocky!
