Rocky came by within a few hours of me calling the company. We had some issues with our tenants not changing out air filters and that led to lack of airflow and condensation buildup. This presented other problems, like water damage of the ceiling and corrosion of the duct work. Rocky found the problem and gave us a few quotes to work with. He was extremely punctual, polite, and I could tell he spoke with honesty. We will be using him again when the time comes for that other half of the work we just couldn’t afford this time.
