Executive Beverage offers some pretty awesome products and services that make having a bar at your event easy and fun... With us, you have it your way. We can provide professional and personable bartenders and waitstaff, clean well kept equipment, mixer packages, fresh pressed crushes, mojitos, classic signature cocktails, bulk ice, plastic drinkware, rental glassware, rental bars and everything in between. IN addition to ALL that... we send you a nice neat shopping list for your alcohol, beer, wine and spirit needs.... We do not offer alcohol....just yet ; ) Thats right.... theres a pro for that. Thinking of what to serve for your event? We have you covered. Executive Beverage offers a full list of fresh, interesting and fun cocktails and mocktails. Each cocktail ordered comes with everything but the alcohol. So Fresh fruit, Max, cups, ice, napkins, straws- ALL INCLUDED. What’s left? The alcohol.. Simply follow our shopping list and be sure to have those items at the event space… that’s it. Your job is done and your pros arrive for set-upon clean pressed uniforms ready to rock. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to start communication early and often! We are available over the phone, over email, through thumbtack and even on social media. First we like to discuss what you had in mind and gather some details. Next, we offer recommendations and share insights we've gained over years of entertaining. Then, we simply send over your itemized event order and contract for your review and signature. Once completed and your 50% deposit is submitted, then your booking is secured and our team gets to work for you. Easy as 1..2..3 :) Want an even easier time booking? - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been tending bar and managing events in top establishments and venues for over 15 years, providing personal and detailed service and amazing speedy drinks. We have certifications ranging from SERVE SAFE & TIPS to Alcoholic Beverage Control and Responsible Sellers & Servers Program certifications. In addition, we are certified food service managers with Virginia Health & Sanitation. At Executive Beverage we take your health and safety serious. You can count on that.
