I had an outstanding experience with the washing machine diagnostic service! The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my machine, including why it happened and how I could identify the problem in the future. The diagnostic fee was only $60, which is more than half of what I’ve seen from any other competitors, making it a great value. What really impressed me was that he wasn’t pushy about the repair. He explained the OEM part options but also showed me a great alternative that was a fraction of the cost. He offered to return later to install the replacement part for a small fee, making the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciated his professionalism, patience, and transparency throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend!
