Introduction
I hold a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in piano performance from University of Texas at Austin. I have performed throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
I have 30 years of teaching experience. I have worked with students of all ages and levels including college.
I am a very patient and encouraging teacher and my lessons are fun and enjoyable. I incorporate music theory, listening, technic, reading music and repertoire building in each lesson. I tailor lessons according to each student’s ability and interests.

I love my lessons with Eun. I came in mostly wanting to improve my technique seeing that my background is in percussion (thus, more wrist-focused than finger) and I have been able to do so while peeling back the curtain on classical piano literature and the importance of style and feel. Eun knows the value of all these behind-the-curtain goodies and knows how to communicate this knowledge. She is patient, quietly enthusiastic, and keenly interested in working on music the student wants to play. I am very grateful for Eun's lessons and would recommend her to anyone.

My teenage son is taking piano lessons at the Eun Young Lee Piano Studio and he enjoys it very much! He really likes Mrs Young’s style of teaching as she is always encouraging, as well as giving great ideas and techniques of ways to improve.
Mrs Young is an awesome piano teacher as she knows what to teach and when to teach.

I’ve had a lot of piano teachers through four decades of my life and Eun Young has been the best, hands down. Not only is she good at her craft but she is able to teach at any level and age, helping her students increase their musical value and enjoyment of the art. In addition she is patient, kind, responsive, flexible, and professional. Solid 5 star.

I'm an adult student who took a break from piano and wanted to get back into playing. Dr. Lee has been an amazing teacher, helping strengthen my finger techniques, music theory , sight-reading, and overall musicality. I have learned to appreciate every single note in a piece from her in-depth analysis during our lessons. I value her flexibility in catering to my goals and interests as a pianist, as well as her broad knowledge on many styles of classical music. I would recommend Dr. Lee as a piano instructor.

I have been learning piano with Dr. Lee for almost two months now and she has been quite an amazing teacher. She is very patient and encouraging. I have greatly improved my sight-reading ability as well as my technique, which were two goals that I had prior to starting lessons. I highly recommend taking lessons from Dr. Lee to anyone at any skill level.
