First, I bring the whole person approach to my clients. I see each client as an individual who is unique in their concerns and needs. I coach from a nonjudgmental perspective; I understand what others are going through. I have been there, I have felt undervalued, dealt with struggles in my professional and personal life, I know what it’s like to deal with bullying, harassment, and discrimination. But, above all else, I know how to overcome these matters by utilizing a a three prone approach. I will utilize these same strategic approaches when helping you to resolve and overcome issues and concerns in your life. I facility one-on-one discussions with the goals of motivating, educating, and inspiring you to make long term effectual changes in your life.

As an Executive Coach I work with leaders who desire to increase their leadership skills. Those who need coaching in advancing the mission of the organization, dealing with the pressures of leadership, as well as those who feel they are in a leadership rut, and needs motivation to move up or into other areas.
I bring a wealth of practical experience along with an educational background in leadership, coaching, and speaking. I start my leadership career as a head cook, then speat more than 20 years horning those skills in the military. Since 2014 I have served in the Federal Government Service, where I have received advance training in leadership, serviced as an Executive Coach, hiring manager, and strategic organizer.
I am considered an expert in Diversity and inclusion, Equal Employment Opportunity, and leadership. I have spoken at several major conferences, and formus. But most of all I am a compassionate, individuals that believes the best thing that any of can offer, is to help someone else in life’s journey.
