Our dinner, prepared by Chef Pete, was excellent. He was cordial and a great conversationalist, and quite professional. He prepared our delicious three-course meal of a spring salad that consisted of English cucumbers, beets, cherry tomatoes with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing, an entree of asparagus spears, zucchini, and Yukon potatoes topped with a tender chicken breast, and for dessert, a homemade slice of chocolate cake with chocolate icing sprinkled with powdered sugar. Chef Pete set the table, served us, and washed the dishes. He left the kitchen just as it was when he arrived. It was an incredible culinary experience.

Chef Pete is a class act! This experience was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! His responsiveness set the tone for how the rest of my experience would go. He curated a menu that was impressive to my guests! He arrived to my house about 20 minutes EARLIER than the time that he told me. He served my party of eight 2 courses. I asked him to please have the food ready by 6:30. At 6:29 the 1st course was plated and ready! After serving us he cleaned my kitchen before his exit. I will ABSOLUTELY be booking with him again for future events. Look no further this is who you want to book if you want DELICIOUS food and superior professionalism!

If you are looking for a top chef whose work quality, punctuality, professionalism, communication-the ability to listen and make good judgement, and whose food and service is AMAZING, Chef Pete is the way to go! He’s an amazing chef who knocked everything out of the park for my hubby’s bday. I’ve been to plenty of 5 star restaurants, and what Chef Pete did for me and my family, was exceptional - the food was outstanding, the presentation - beautiful. Chef Pete’s knowledge of food, wine, took it to another level, he’s definitely no rookie. He made for us an Italian meal, we had a caprese salad, lamb and shrimp with truffle pasta and broccoli. For desert we had tiramisu, and everything was phenomenal! I couldn’t complain or would’ve changed a thing he did. Chef Pete was spot on and we felt like we were in a 5 star restaurant. He also had on his executive chef uniform. If I could rate his cooking, our overall experience higher than 5 stars, it would be 10 stars! Thank you Chef Pete for all of your excellent work and for helping me and my family to create wonderful memories and discussion about your awesomeness! If you are looking for a Top Legendary Chef, Chef Pete is your guy! You will not be disappointed.
