I’ve never had a worse experience! She said it would take her two days to complete. It took over three weeks. She doesn’t look over her work for mistakes. She sent me versions that had things overlapping, lined up unevenly,different from what I should her, replaced part without telling me. Then when I mention what’s wrong with it she believes she should get paid more to correct her obvious my! I never got a professional product she says in her words “it’s usable “ complete waste of time and money!

I apologize to any potential client for this negativity displayed here… He was delivered three logos, after only paying for one . He should have returned to update this statement. It’s unfortunate in business you’ll have people that will create false narratives & situations that could affect your business negatively to appear as a victim just because I wasn’t willing to do his project for basically free. I was presented with what was explained as a simple edit to an already completed design. It was far from that. First I wanted to make sure what was explained is what I had envisioned so in less than 24 hours I created a rough draft and sent it over to make sure we were on the same page. He loved it signed off saying it’s perfect. Great… right? No not so fast.. he began asking for more and more and more. When I told him this is not what you asked for in the beginning he begin speaking to me as if he’s superior because he’s the customer and how dare I tell him what I’m not doing. This guy was unbelievable. Expecting 3 logo for $90. Even more ridiculous it wasn’t EDITES.. These were brand new custom logos I created. And because he kept adding on and changing designs (Never paying the price increase) I put his project back in Que. requiring him to wait longer than original turnaround time. After dealing with this nightmare, for 2+ weeks for the sake of business, and my reputation I still delivered the perfect logo, 3 perfect logos. The original and the 2 additional he only paid $90. After being in business for over 15 years, Ive learned that you can’t make everyone happy, but do everything you can to make them smile. So I focused on that. At the end He was pleased with what I created. Thanking me for a job well done. My Take Away…. This is a situation that should have never happened. When a Customer shows you the potential of being a problem in the beginning, our business should have stopped there. I believe in delivering timely, professional, and as requested products. I will always prioritize and provide the best to my client.

I was hired to design a logo for a transport Company. It was fun because they were a startup brand looking to stand out amongst there competition. After 24 hrs I completed their project and they were able to their marketing material printed the same day. They were so excited when a customer found them because of the logo and booked them immediately.. I'm happy I was able to do that for a young business.
