- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of different services so the more services you need the better the package price. I like to think we are very reasonable. We do this because it's enjoyable not for a living.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is putting myself in there shoes. It's not every day that someone needs to hire a dj or Kj so I'm very patient with the customer. I'm also willing to step in and offer suggestions if they are needed. But most important I know how to follow directions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education started as a child. One of the first things I remember in my life is music. I went from singing around the house to the choir to band to performing with groups to karaoke & DJing. Every single time I can offer my services for someone's special event I'm getting a education.
